Ibedroches is a research project that is being conducted in the Iberian ham sector. This innovative project seeks to improve the added value of Iberian ham, create employment and promote the socioeconomic development of rural areas through R&D&I by means of a pioneering alliance between six companies that are, a priori, market competitors.

In this traditional sector, Ibedroches constitutes a clear commitment to innovation and an important tool for increasing the confidence of domestic and international consumers in premium-quality hams from Los Pedroches Valley due to their added value as healthy products produced under sustainable systems.
